I'm no longer tolerant or willing to normalize dysfunctional behavior from family or friends, I also normalized low self-esteem/ worth that diminished my reputation and value. I ended a 20yr friendship that grew toxic from various patterns of the other person as well ad myself. As I've grown healthier I've gained value in who I am and great peace. Nor am I willing to normalize someone blaming me for what they need to be held accountable for. I'm at great peace just for saying this out loud right now.

Right on time. I love this — our baselines of normal are hard to extract but so worth investigating.
