Hi Nedra.

I am sharing this nugget with my mom and a reminder to myself, to live this life I get the opportunity to wake up everyday too. So, I'm going to look forward to planning my days and weekend differently.

Great post - I really enjoyed reading it. Fear is good but not when it is in the driver’s seat. Living in the present is the only moment we ever have to ourselves to grow, make decisions, heal, and be there for our loved ones.

Thank You so much for this ❤️ Nedra. I’ve been going through ‘hell on earth’ since September 2022. Your writings speak wisdom to my soul and I truly appreciate the great example of turning your thoughts from ‘I’m going to die one day’ to ‘yeah, but today I’m going to LIVE!’

Whispers wisdom to my soul.

Love and light ~ Vicky

LIVING is top of mind for me right now. Life is time and what we do (or don't) with it.

Thank you for this post. I am happy I discovered your substack writings and I enjoy receiving updates to your newsletters. I also enjoy the open collaborative exchange on ideas from others who post comments. In this one I especially like Katie Jesionowiski posting below about the new book Good Life. I'm now reading it on my iPad and find myself mentally saying "wow" ever so often as I read.

“I create content prolifically because i don’t want to die with anything inside of me”. Mam that is a whole word said so perfectly! As someone who has so much inside but experienced trauma loss and grief- it sat. It’s time I create again.. thank you.

Get it out!!! We cannot die with the best of us left inside. Do all the things--wear the nice outfit, eat on the special occasion china, create and more.

Great post. I'm reading The Good Life, a summary of the 84-year Harvard Happiness study that supports so much of what you write in this article.

I want to say "wow" like David T. I'm adding this to my reading list. Thanks for the suggestion.

I spent five hours at an online seminar yesterday and they asked us to write down what we wanted to get from the experience. While I got a few 'nuggets' of wisdom, what I wrote down at the start of the seminar was 'I want to LIVE FULLY'...then this morning your newsletter arrived in my inbox with some real wisdom. Thank you!

Hearing the same thing two days in a row is a sign to LIVE.

I really enjoy your newsletters and so often it feels as if you are speaking directly to me. I’ve struggled with this fear heavily in the last 2-3 years especially. I often say life is peculiar. As far as we know we didn’t decide to be here and our ending is often not our choice. Thank you for this and all of your future work.

Letting the "dying" part of life keep us "living" is its sort of death.
